Windar Offshore S.L.U. develops a new subsidized project for the offshore wind sector.

As in other occasions, Windar Offshore S.L.U. will develop the subsidy project ”Proyectos de Empresas Tractoras de Especial Interés” identified with the Ref. PTEI-CR-19-002. This project will be subsidised by two collaborating entities, the European Regional Development Fund and the Institute for Economic Development of the Principality of Asturias.

The present objective of this project is the acquisition of the necessary machinery to strengthen the improvement and automation of the manufacturing processes of large metal structures for the offshore wind sector.

As a result, the acquisition of the machinery has made it possible to undertake large-scale works and to take on new international contracts in the offshore wind sector.
