We understand corporate social responsibility as the set of actions or obligations not typified by a legal system that we nevertheless voluntarily accept with binding force, in the conviction that failure to comply with them implies the infringement of the norm of culture. It will be characterised by ethics and integrity in relations with our stakeholders.

To this end, we have implemented a Social Responsibility Management System in all our companies based on the international standard ISO 26001. This system is implemented in all our companies and incorporates the best social responsibility and ethical practices.

Ethics and Human Rights

The purpose of the company’s Code of Ethics is to set out the commitments in terms of conduct and behaviour that must govern and be followed by all company employees in their relations and actions with third parties. In drawing it up, we have taken into consideration the fundamental principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles for Business (UNGPs), the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda, the internal crime prevention model, as well as other internationally recognised good corporate governance recommendations.

Whistle-blowing channel

Our actions and behaviour must be characterised by integrity and responsibility with respect to any person or external groups such as suppliers, subcontractors, customers or society in general, as well as by not tolerating breaches of applicable legislation and our Code of Ethics.

It is important to be aware of any potential irregular behaviour, conduct or act, whether actual or suspected, that could jeopardise our image and reputation. In order to avoid these possible situations, deal with them and prevent damage, it is necessary to report them. This is how our “whistleblowing channel” came into being; a tool developed and made available to the public for anonymous whistleblowing and a key element for ethics.

Through it, we demonstrate our commitment to due diligence in all our operations, both to employees and external stakeholders.
