On June 25 and 26, RenewableUK, the world’s leading offshore wind energy event, held the London Offshore Wind 2019 exhibition where the future of the offshore industry has been discussed.
This event is supported by the main operators of the offshore wind sector such as Equinor, Innogy, MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, ORE Catapult, ScottishPower Renewables, Country Partners GWEC and the DIT.
This is the 17th edition and Windar has attended together with NAVANTIA, as Spanish companies of reference in this sector in recent years and where they have gathered around 3,000 experts and 200 exhibitors.
Windar, chaired by Orlando Alonso of the Grupo Daniel Alonso, forms Joint Ventures in the offshore wind field with NAVANTIA to participate jointly in projects worldwide, being world leaders in the floating offshore wind sector.
Both companies have built the only two floating offshore wind farms in series, one already in operation and another by the end of this year.
We are also present throughout the world with production facilities in Europe, Asia and America. We have more than 60 years of experience in the manufacture of tubular steel structures (onshore-offshore wind towers and offshore foundations).
