Windar Renovables signs a sustainable credit guaranty line for 36.5 million euros for the East Anglia 3 project.

The Asturian company will be in charge of manufacturing the 95 transition pieces.

Windar Renovables has signed a €36.5 million sustainable guarantee line with BBVA for the East Anglia Three Offshore Wind Project in the North Sea. The Asturian company has been awarded the contract to manufacture the foundations for this offshore wind farm, which will have a capacity of 1,400 megawatts.

Windar’s transition pieces

The order states that the company will be in charge of manufacturing 95 transition pieces, which are the structures on which the wind turbines are installed in the offshore wind farms.

The credit line that provides financial support to this project has been classified by BBVA within the category of projects for climate action according to the taxonomy of the European Union.
