Windar Renovables has announced the development of its second production facility in Poland with the construction of a new onshore wind turbine tower manufacturing plant at CTPark Legnica.<\/p>\n
The project includes the lease of nearly 29,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space, supported by an outdoor storage yard of almost 41,000 sqm, designed to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities. Production is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n
Once fully operational, the facility will be capable of manufacturing up to 200 onshore wind turbine towers annually, equivalent to more than 1,000 MW of clean energy fed into the grid. The plant will primarily serve the Polish and German markets, responding to the growing demand for wind energy infrastructure across Central Europe.<\/p>\n
The facility will include four production halls, a raw materials warehouse, an outdoor storage area, and an office module. The production lines will enable manufacturing of tower sections up to 40 meters in length, weighing up to 80 tons, and with a diameter of up to 6.5 meters.<\/p>\n
