The installation of the 62 jacket foundations for the wind farm \ud835\udde6\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01-\ud835\uddd5\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf0 \ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddf3\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf5\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\ude04\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfa in France is progressing well.<\/p>\n\n
To date, almost half of the wind farm’s foundation sites have been drilled and equipped with piles, and this work is expected to continue until 2023.<\/p>\n\n
Once operational, the wind farm will have a total installed capacity of 496 MW, capable of generating enough \ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf4\ud835\ude06 for 835,000 people.<\/p>\n\n
The Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm is located 16 kilometres off the northwest coast of France in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc in the English Channel.<\/p>\n\n
The project, developed by Iberdrola’s subsidiary Ailes Marines, is the first large-scale offshore wind farm in Brittany to obtain all the necessary governmental permits for construction and operation.<\/p>\n\n
