The promotion of a culture of regulatory compliance and the application of high ethical standards in all our professional activities are fundamental pillars of our organization.<\/p>\n

With the corporate will to strengthen both pillars, we have made available to all our employees and any third parties linked to us by a professional relationship, a Whistleblower Channel<\/a><\/strong> through which to communicate, confidentially and\/or anonymously, any irregularity or unlawful behavior of which they are aware, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2\/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption. In this sense, it shall be understood as irregularity or unlawful behavior any action or omission likely to violate the internal regulations of WINDAR or likely to constitute breaches of European Union law, criminal, serious or very serious administrative and labor in the field of safety and health at work.<\/p>\n

For its correct application, we have a Policy for the management of the Whistleblower Channel, whose access is available at the following link<\/a><\/strong>, which includes the guiding principles to be applied in the management of information through this Whistleblower Channel, the procedure that will govern its execution and the protection of the users who access it.<\/p>\n

The receipt of the communication and access to its content, as well as its subsequent processing, will be done confidentially and\/or anonymously, guaranteeing compliance with the applicable regulations and, in particular, with regard to the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n
